She is 9 years old, and is affected by a brain tumor. Despite her illness, Emily is ready to explore the world! She’s fascinated by art and loves doing gymnastics.
McGill Students for Make-A-Wish Raise $10,000

After months of hard work, McGill Students for Make-A-Wish has officially raised $10,000, enough money to grant a wish! On October 22nd 2020, we handed the money over to Make-A-Wish Quebec who will in turn grant a child a wish. Stay tuned to find out who is granted a wish, and what their wish is! Thank you to everyone who has supported us in reaching our goal!
Avery: Disney World, Florida!

Exciting news! This September, we granted Avery’s wish to go to Disney World, Florida! He is 9 years old and was a Fetal Heart Transplant recipient before the age of one. He and his family are from Beaconsfield, QC.

McGill Make-A-Wish is Recruiting! (2013-2014 Team)

Hey everyone, exciting news! McGill Make-A-Wish has four positions open on our EXECUTIVE TEAM.
VP RECRUITMENT (1 position) is a first year student responsible for reaching out to other first years and recruiting them to our Volunteer Committee.
VP SPONSORSHIP (3 positions) works with other VP Sponsorship Executive members in finding sponsors for our biggest event, Make-A-Move.
