After months of hard work, McGill Students for Make-A-Wish has officially raised $10,000, enough money to grant a wish! On October 22nd 2020, we handed the money over to Make-A-Wish Quebec who will in turn grant a child a wish. Stay tuned to find out who is granted a wish, and what their wish is! Saputo Cheese is sponsoring the opening event of the All Canadian DECA McGill Spring Invitational. The event will take place on March 20th 2015 at 5:30 PM in the Royal Victoria Lounge and is only open to participants of the conference. Proceeds of event will benefit McGill Students for Make A Wish!

Trenton: Visiting Volcanoes in Hawaii

Trenton is one of the amazing kids that Make-A-Wish has been able to help!
He is 7 years old, and is affected by a complex genetic disorder called Di George Syndrome. Despite his physical limitations, Trenton has a mental life that is probably more active than most! He’s fascinated “with natural disasters and exceptional events in the world, such as volcanic eruptions”.
In March 2014, Trenton and his family were able to go to Hawaii and visit active volcanoes, as well as historical landmarks such as Pearl Harbour!
Upon their return, Trenton’s mother shared that Trenton absolutely adored the trip and “every single day his smile was bigger than the day before”.
